By using Soly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Service Description

Soly is a mood tracking and journaling app that includes:

  • Mood logging and tracking
  • Journaling
  • AI-powered reports and insights
  • Artwork generation from emotions
  • Statistics and charts

Account Registration

To use Soly, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (US) or 16 years old (EU)
  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Report unauthorized access immediately

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for illegal purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Disrupt app operations
  • Upload malicious code
  • Impersonate others
  • Use the app to harm yourself or others

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

Soly offers a free trial period for you to try the app.

Pro Subscription

  • After the trial, a Pro subscription is required to continue
  • Payments are processed through App Store (iOS)
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before expiry
  • Cancel anytime in your app store settings

Refunds

For refunds, please contact Apple according to their policies.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The app, design, code, and AI models are owned by Soly.

Your Content

You own your mood entries, journal writings, and text you create. By using the app, you allow us to:

  • Store and process content to provide services
  • Generate insights and artwork from your data
  • Create aggregated, anonymized analytics

Generated Artwork

Artwork created by Soly's AI from your mood data belongs to you. You may share and use it freely.

AI Features Disclaimer

Our AI features:

  • Provide suggestions and insights, NOT medical advice
  • DO NOT replace professional mental health care
  • May occasionally produce imperfect results
  • Are continuously being improved

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a professional or emergency services immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • The app will work continuously without errors
  • AI content will always be accurate
  • The app will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soly is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Our maximum liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • If you violate these terms
  • With reasonable notice
  • Immediately for serious violations

Upon termination, you may request to export your data beforehand.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Significant changes will be notified.
